10 Agents Graduate from Inaugural Road to 100k: 8-Week Real Estate Agent Bootcamp

On February 27, the inaugural class of the Road to 100k: 8-Week Real Estate Agent Bootcamp graduated from the program. Over the last two months, ten eager students have been pushed and challenged to become top-performing real estate agents.

The course, designed by Ige Johnson and taught by her peers of experienced and multi-awarded real estate professionals, is designed to help new agents get their businesses up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The ten graduates are Jaime Pringle, Airlia Arreola, Nikita Johnson, Patricia Martin, Latoya Mack, Myoshia Hall, Whitnie Smith, Tori Williams, Brandi Armstrong, and Arlisha Smith.

All of them came into the program with different levels of experience and knowledge, but they all share a common goal: to be highly successful real estate agents.

Johnson is proud of the students’ accomplishments and is excited to see what they will achieve in the future. “I’m confident that these agents have what it takes to build successful careers in real estate,” she said. “They have demonstrated a willingness to learn and a dedication to their craft that will serve them well in the years to come.”

The Road to 100k: 8-Week Real Estate Agent Bootcamp is a comprehensive curriculum designed for new real estate agents. It covers the basics of getting started, along with industry best practices and strategies for success in today’s competitive market.

The Bootcamp was created to provide a comprehensive education on becoming a successful real estate agent in today’s ever-changing market. From developing verbal strategies for persuasion and negotiation to creating marketing plans and learning the latest technologies to stay ahead of the competition, the Road to 100k provides agents with the tools they need to get ahead.

Topics include success-building habits, creating a business plan roadmap to success, basics of lead management, step-by-step contract-to-close process, marketing strategies, and more. The students also participated in various activities and exercises such as mock listings, mock buyer consults, and role plays that allowed them to practice their new skills.

The majority of the classes were conducted online, but a few sessions were held in person, providing students the opportunity to build on their online learning with the support of experienced real estate professionals. At the end of the eight weeks, each student participated in a motivational awarding and graduation ceremony attended by Ige Johnson and the instructors.

The program was a resounding success, and Johnson is looking forward to hosting more classes in the future. She believes that the Road to 100k: 8-Week Real Estate Agent Bootcamp provides new agents with the essential knowledge they need to succeed in the competitive real estate industry.
